1. Overview & Scope

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") governs the processing of personal data in connection with Kovok services.

2. Data Processing Terms

  • Customer Data: Processed solely to provide and operate Kovok services.
  • Sub-processors: Enterprise cloud infrastructure and AI model providers.
  • Security Measures: End-to-end encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
  • Audits & Records: Complete immutable audit logs for all agent actions.
